Labeling and Hybridization

There are advantages of using Genispheres 3DNA detection array 350 labeling system over other conventional labeling systems.

Hybridization Chamber:

One of the major reason for poor quality microarray results is inadequate hybridization due to inconsistent temperature and drying of samples in between long hybridization hours. We use surehyb chambers, Agilent hybridization oven, and advalytix slide booster- a special hybridization station that gives uniform and complete hybridization within 6-8 hours by providing sufficient moisture and consistent temperature throughout the hybridization.
